Just over a week after pounding the roads in the Algarve, Heather Lewis (Pembrokeshire Harriers) was back to more routine domestic affairs over the weekend (30 May) - not that racing in front of several 1000 spectators and passing in front of Buckingham Palace 10 times is routine!
