Three to See: 2011 Wimbledon, Day 5

After four days of tennis and rain, play is still behind schedule. Today on Three to See, a look at a trio of matches held over from Day 4:

David Ferrer [7] vs. Ryan Harrison (No. 2 Court, second match, Harrison leads 7-6 (6), 1-6, 6-4, 2-4)
Considering how much Harrison has struggled this season, how much his first-round win over Ivan Ljubicic in last year's U.S. Open meant to him?and how much the dramatic, second-round loss to Sergiy Stakhovsky pained him?this would be a huge victory for the young American. Explosive both in shotmaking and temper, Harrison has done well in taking a two-sets-to-one lead. Now that he's had a night to think about the finish line, will he return too pumped up? The perfectionist is annoyed by even the slightest lapse, and Ferrer, who's already up a break in the fourth, gives his opponents plenty of chances to miss.

The Pick: Ferrer in five.

Igor Andreev vs. Bernard Tomic (No. 3 Court, second match; Andreev leads 6-4, 7-5, 3-6)
Tomic's straight-sets win over Nikolay Davydenko in the first round was a stunner, but Andreev, another Russian, is giving the Aussie much more trouble. Andreev's spin-infused shots work well on these lawns, and it's showed through three sets. To win, Tomic needs to outhit Andreev, but that's not his game. He'd also need to do that for two sets before Andreev snags one more. All in all, the task seems too tall.

The Pick: Andreev in four.

Jurgen Melzer [11] vs. Dimitry Tursunov (No. 12 Court, second match; Melzer leads 6-3, 2-6, 7-6 (5), 1-1)
The result is hard to predict, but not the length of the match. This has five sets written all over it?Melzer is currently ahead but isn't a strong closer; Tursunov, who beat Ernests Gulbis in the opening round, has a serve that's s a huge weapon. Expect him to ride it into a deciding set, then...it's anyone's guess. Including mine.

The Pick: Melzer in five.
